In 2003, Najer started his first project, into the construction world and gained insightful experience through attention to detail and with care and control. In 2003, Najer took his experience in the construction industry and built his first home in New Westminster. Learning much from this project, Najer became ambitious and jumped into this developer market.

Lombardi Developments Ltd. was established in 2014 as a construction company that builds luxury single-family homes throughout the Lower Mainland. It has taken on multiple projects since its establishment and continues to evolve with every project taken on.

Along the way, Najer has helped many individuals build a family business and begin their own business venture. Which was in part due to his strong ethics and values, which he ingrained in Lombardi. Najer’s sons Parm Lehal and Sukh Lehal have taken on managing role within the company.  This new generation brings an abundance of different and unique ideals catering to the modern living.
